Any deviations from the recommended retail prices were reported and documented immediately. Within a few weeks, the recommended retail prices were reinstated, and the monitoring cycle was subsequently reduced to once a week.

Bus travel company

A coach tour company faced significant challenges with pricing, as it was nearly impossible to obtain competitive pricing information. In collaboration with the company, we developed inquiry templates and identified key competitors. We conducted thorough inquiries, both in writing and via telephone, to gather information on these services. As a result, we discovered that our client had been underpricing its services and was able to increase its prices by 18%.
